At Cleva, we want you to love your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help you find the right solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
